Document Fee There is no additional document fee associated with this Competitive Bid Process, other than those imposed by bids&tenders™. Description of Work The Owner is seeking complete proposals from qualified Consultants that are licensed users of WorkTech software with the Asset Manager Foundation module to undertake, but not be limited to, the following: 1. Gap analysis of the current roads data, and summary report letter. Migration of data into WorkTech software, fill data gaps where possible (without field work) and correction of data entries that are not consistent with entries required for WorkTech to function. 2. Installation of Asset Classes, Deterioration Curves and Condition Rating Format; Code mapping Asset Classes within WorkTech to each asset. 3. Update unit costs, with information provided by the Owner, to current, and cascade through the WorkTech system. 4. Development of best practices for Capital Depreciation, Hot Mix Resurfacing, Single Surface Treatment, Crack Sealing and Gravel Road Resurfacing. 5. Inventory Manual and WorkTech training. a. Inventory manual methodology including pavement deficiencies, causes and corrections, Inspection Batch Set-Up, best practices, asset management and performance modeling primer, analysis and reporting functions. Term of Contract The project shall be completed no later than June 1, 2018. Bid Security A bid deposit is not required for this RFP. |
