This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury (the “Town”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Two 12,000-Square-Foot Operational Buildings, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). In 2018, the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury Council endorsed a report for the redevelopment of 75 Melbourne Drive and 3541 Line 11 in an effort to support the growing population needs. This RFP pertains to the redevelopment at 3541 Line 11, located in the rural part of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury. The site currently houses two (2) operational groups, Transportation Services Administration and Transportation Services Rural Operations, and consists of an administration centre, operations building, and a sand/salt dome. The Town is soliciting proposals from qualified design build contractors to undertake completion of the thirty percent (30%) design and then subsequent construction of two (2) twelve-thousand-square-foot (12,000-square-foot) operational structures for the purpose of housing Transportation Services Water Operations and storage, respectively. |
