The Board is soliciting non-binding Proposals from prospective proponents wishing to prequalify for eligibility to participate in a potential second-stage competitive procurement process for the Deliverables detailed herein. The Board manages all Drainage Construction and Maintenance in two municipalities, namely the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury and the Township of King. This prequalification process pertains to completion of a Drainage Act project within the corporate boundaries of the Township and in part within the right of way of the Ministry. The Board is empowered to pre-qualify potential bidders for the second stage competitive process. Proposals will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation process set out in Part II of this RFPQ. Based on the evaluation and review of Proposals, selected proponents will be included on a list of prequalified suppliers that may be invited to participate in a second-stage competitive bid process for the potential provision of the Deliverables to the Board. This RFPQ does not result in any commitment by the Owner to purchase any Deliverables from any Proponent. While the Board intends to conduct an invitational second-stage competitive process for the procurement of the Deliverables, it is under no obligation to do so and the Board may choose not to proceed with a second-stage competitive process for the procurement of the Deliverables. |
