The Owner seeks to retain the services of a Consultant to provide professional engineering services to determine the ultimate servicing requirements of Holland Street between Thornton Ave and Bridge Street as well as Dissette Street between Bridge Street and the WWTP located at 225 Dissette Street. The goal of the project is to allow the Owner to determine the ultimate servicing requirements needed to meet the ultimate buildout of Holland Street according to the new (proposed) Official Plan for the area (OPA 27).
