The following describes a general and not necessarily complete or exact description of the Work required under this Competitive Bid Process. Document Fee There is no additional document fee associated with this Competitive Bid Process, other than those imposed by bids&tenders™. Description of Work The Corporation of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury is calling for bids from qualified bidders to provide the necessary construction services to restore the Simcoe Road stormwater management facility to its original ‘as built” design grades as detailed in the Drawings. Term of Contract Substantial completion shall be met no later than December 31, 2017 Bid Security A bid deposit in the form of an electronic bid bond in the amount of 10% of the Total Bid Price is required at time of bid submission. |
