This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury (the “Town”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the Operation and Maintenance of Conventional and Shuttle Transit Services, as further described in the Deliverables of the RFP document.

The Town is soliciting proposals from qualified operators and maintainers of conventional and shuttle transit services to undertake performance of the Deliverables for a period of up to five years with years 4 and 5 as options to be exercised at the sole discretion of the Town.

Town-owned Vehicles will be used for the Town's (BWG) conventional transit services.
