This RFP is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CTFA). Document Fee There is no additional document fee associated with this Competitive Bid Process, other than those imposed by bids&tenders™ Description of Work The Corporation of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury is calling for proposals from qualified proponents to provide Janitorial service at various buildings within the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury. Term of Contract The Term of Contract shall be a period of one (1) year commencing on April 1, 2018, and may be renewed for up to four (4) additional terms awarded in single year increments; if mutually agreeable. Non-Mandatory Site Visit A Non-Mandatory Site Visit will start at the Financial Services Department, 61 Holland Street East, Bradford, ON Wednesday January 31, 2018 at 9:00 am following through the list below. Procurement will start the next site meeting 5 minutes after arriving at the next location to allow for proponents to arrive in a timely manner. Sequence of locations to be visited: Rolling Start times starting at Financial Services.
