The Holland Marsh Drainage System Joint Municipal Service Board seeks to retain a qualified engineering firm to engage in professional engineering services for drainage works pursuant to the Ontario Drainage Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. D.17.  The successful firm will be engaged throughout the term of the agreement for drainage projects from inception to completion.
