The Corporation of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury (the “Owner”) is soliciting non-binding Proposals from prospective proponents wishing to prequalify for eligibility to participate in a potential second-stage competitive procurement process for the Deliverables detailed herein:

The scope of the work for the construction of park and trail projects described below is not intended to be a complete list, but represents the general scope of projects that may be tendered over the three (3) year term of this prequalification. The anticipated scope of work may include, but may not be necessarily limited to the following:

·  Demolition, site clearing and grubbing;

·  Excavation and grading;

·  Site servicing and drainage (storm, sanitary, water, hydro, etc.);

·  Surfacing (asphalt, unit paver, granular, concrete, granular, etc.);

·  Concrete work;

·  Masonry;

·  Retaining walls;

·  Carpentry;

·  Playground equipment and playground surfacing;

·  Splash pad equipment;

·  Trail construction;

·  Pedestrian bridge installations;

·  Irrigation systems;

·  Fences and gates;

·  Metalworks (custom and pre-fabricated);

·  Site furnishings;

·  Shade structures (gazebos, picnic shelters, etc.);

·  Plant material, sodding, and seeding;

·  Electrical (lighting, etc.).
